Mr. Jatin Sethi, M.Com., B.Ed., is an accomplished educationist with over two decades of rich experience in academic leadership, institutional management, and holistic education. His leadership philosophy is founded on the belief that education is a dynamic and evolving process that must continuously adapt to the changing technological, intellectual, social, and global landscape while remaining firmly rooted in ethical values and human compassion.
He believes that the role of a Principal extends far beyond administration. As an educational leader, mentor, strategist, counsellor, and human resource manager, he is committed to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where teachers are empowered, students are inspired, and every member of the school community works towards a shared vision of excellence.
Mr. Sethi began his professional journey in 1997 as a Post Graduate Teacher (Commerce). His dedication, commitment to excellence, and passion for learning earned him progressive leadership responsibilities throughout his career. He served as House Master from 2000, was appointed Vice Principal in 2007, and assumed the office of Principal in 2015.
Throughout his leadership journey, Mr. Sethi has consistently championed academic excellence, innovative teaching practices, and the holistic development of students. He firmly believes that the strength of every successful institution lies in its teachers. Under his guidance, collaborative teamwork, professional development, and a culture of shared responsibility have resulted in outstanding academic achievements, excellence in sports, and the nurturing of confident, responsible, and future-ready young citizens.
